Just serviced at Area 51 by Malcolm, Master Technician of MagAmerican fame.
A superb example of an ‘Old School’ Street Rod, in superb condition.
Powered by a 350 Oldsmobile ‘Rocket’ V8, bored 30 over with a RV Street Rod Cam and Sanderson Street Rod Ceramic coated headers. The motor is crisp and eager. A lovely sound comes from the Stainless steel exhaust system, it is nice but it is still possible to listen to The Beach Boys on the hidden radio/cd changer. (Other artists available…)
Auto 200-R4, AOD (4 speed overdrive) with Lokar Shifter, built by Bud Swan.
The 2’’ Roof Chop was undertaken by Wade Bryant Auto, it looks just right

Power Brakes. Lokar Park Brake. Third brake light in rear window to warn the tailgaters!
Mustang 2 front clip, Suspension – TCI’s Coil over, Rear – 4 bar coil over.
Rear End – the most favoured 9’’ Ford with Positive Traction, 338 gears.

This all steel 5 window coupe drives beautifully. It is just ticking over at 40 mph and very happy at 80 mph, thanks to the overdrive gearbox.
